Cakearc shipping policy

As soon as we receive your order we receive information about the delivery date, selected time slot, and address where the product is to be delivered. Since we mainly deal with items that are required to be consumed same day especially cakes we only start preparing the order two or three hours before the selected time slot for delivery. After preparation, we dispatch it in an air-conditioned vehicle from the nearest dispatch center of the preferred delivery location to ensure smooth delivery.
 
‘CakeArc’ provides with the customer every update regarding their order starting from “processing state” to “out for delivery” and until “order delivered” status. In some cases where the order is shipping through logistics partners such as bouquets or gift items, the customer is provided with the tracking information via their email or contact number. Our team is proactively monitoring these orders and will send you regular updates. We request you to wait for the defined timeslot to get over. immediately and will generally reflect within 3-4 business days.
